Files you convert

Converters marked "Runs in your browser" process your file on your own device. Nothing is uploaded and we never see the file.

Document converters send your file over HTTPS to our server in the United States, where it is converted and returned to you. The uploaded file and the result are deleted automatically within one hour. We do not open, read, index or share the contents, and we keep no copy.

Information we collect

We keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page requested, time) for up to 30 days to keep the service running and to block abuse. We do not require an account and do not collect names or email addresses unless you contact us.

Advertising and cookies

The site shows advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings. We also use privacy-respecting page analytics to count visits.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to contact@grandfieldagency.com. Because we do not keep your files, there is usually nothing to delete.

Children

The service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new date.
