Where do the rates come from?
The European Central Bank publishes reference rates every working day around 16:00 Central European Time. This page fetches them from the open Frankfurter service.
Is this the rate my bank will give me?
No. Banks and card issuers add a margin, usually 1–4%. Use this for planning and comparisons.
Which currencies are covered?
The 30 currencies the ECB publishes, including USD, EUR, GBP, INR, JPY, CAD, AUD, CHF, CNY and MXN.
